		<description>If you were not able to comment at the public hearings yesterday, you still have until November 20th to write a letter or send an email to the NC Department of Air Quality.

An inadequate draft permit has already been issued, but it is still possible to persuade the DAQ not to issue the actual air permit.  Perhaps if enough of us speak up and say:

-we do not want mercury emissions in our air
-we are not okay with breathing particulate matter
-we DO want Titan to be adhere to the new EPA regulations re: mercury and toxic pollutants
-etc. (see http://stoptitan.org/ for talking points re: air quality) 

we will be able to convince the DAQ not to issue an air permit to Titan Cement Co.
