E-Letter to the Dept. of Air Quality: Don’t issue that permit!

We’ve just created a new “e-letter” campaign on stoptitan.org.

This one is directed to Keith Overcash, director of the Department of Air Quality, and a bunch of legislators, asking them please not to issue a draft air permit for Titan Cement. The DAQ seems to be fast-tracking a draft permit despite the grievous impact the cement company’s emissions will have on our air quality and on an already-maxed-out local environment — CO2, NO2, mercury — you name it. Bad stuff! Tons of bad stuff.

Stop by the E-Letter to Department of Air Quality and tell them you want polluters to be vetted and accountable.
