Critical Mass set for Sept. 26!
Anyone who rides a bicycle is invited. This Critical Mass is dedicated to the memory of Wilmington resident and cyclist, Phil Tidmarsh, who was senselessly hit and killed by a motorist on River Rd. on Sept. 10, 2008.
