		<description>I think George is an excellent weatherman, and certainly a local institution, but I have always wondered which planet he came from.  

While I am not personally acquainted with him, I'm thinking that his "owning the place" actions would probably be more in the way of overly comfortable rather than imperious.  I think it unlikely that he has an imperious molecule in his body.</description>
