Keith got some fast-talking guy in there at the desk (who didn't seem to be ripping me off, I just didn't like him) and I bought another car that I wanted to take to someone who specialized in that kind, so I haven't been in 18 months or so. But he knows what he's doing and his prices were always very reasonable, and he never jerked me around.
