While it's not the most reliable (I'm not sure how often it's updated or whether all the information is verified to begin with) the NC Agriculture Department's marketing division offers several directories on their website at http://www.ncfarmfresh.com/

The cut-your-own-tree list is still highlighted, but there are also lists of CSAs, nurseries, roadside markets, etc. For those it includes, it provides contact information, website if they have one, and mapquest directions.

I know it doesn't have the Black River Organic Farm mentioned here recently (which I am signing up for) or any other CSAs in this area, but it does offer a few useful things like pick-your-own farms. And maybe if they got some complaints about the things that exist and aren't included, they'd update it so that everyone could benefit from it!
