Saving the Gullah-Geechee
The unique Gullah-Geechee culture, once prominent along coastal regions of Georgia and South Carolina, is fading fast, but Brunswick officials hope to change that.
At a recent meeting, the Brunswick City Commission agreed to research the possibility of honoring the Gullah-Geechee people, by building a museum or erecting a monument or some other physical memorial.

When Africian Americas, African disaporian and our famliy from the homeland understand Gulah/Geechee culture, they want have to second guest there life were. The power of knowing is true freedom. Our history started before slavery, many cultures learned from what is called Africa.
